Fire Extinguishers are required to be inspected at least annually to ensure they are ready for use at any time in the event of a fire. We provide and install new fire extinguishers as well as reconditioned recharged and certified extinguishers depending on your needs and availability.

Smoke Detectors

We can inspect and test your smoke detectors and replace batteries for you and save you the hassle. Smoke detectors have a 10 year life expectancy and your local Fire Marshal or AHJ is enforcing this more and more. We recommend replacing your old smoke detectors with 10 year sealed lithium ion battery ones that save you the cost of replacing batteries every 6 months, as well as not having to worry about them chirping all night.

Emergency & Exit Lighting

Emergency lighting and exit lights are essential in the event of an emergency and testing them is key. When the power goes out these lights need to work in order to guide those inside out of the building. These emergency lights are also the easiest thing for your local Fire Marshal or AHJ to pop in an test so be sure to keep them operational and keep everyone happy. During inspections, we test these and will let you know of any needed repairs or replacements.

Fire Hydrants

Fire hydrants are required to be inspected and flow tested regularly to ensure proper operation and waterflow volume. Fire hydrants are sometimes not tested the way they should be, trust our experts to ensure that they function the way they were designed to so that they are ready and waiting if there were ever to be a fire and the fire department needs them. We provide the necessary testing, necessary repairs and reports thereof and provide to you and your local fire marshal or AHJ.

Backflows

Our certified professionals can test and certify your water backflow devices to ensure you are compliant with your local water authority. These are required to be tested annually and a report sent to you and the city showing that the water that flows in does not flow out unless through a drain. This device prevents any water contamination flowing backwards into the city water main line. If any repairs or replacements are needed, we are here to help you.
